Light Resin Bonded ( LRB ) Mattresses :


Light Resin Bonded Mattresses are made of fine fibers spun from selected slag/rocks melted at high temperature and bonded with a thermosetting resin The uniformity of fiber distribution, The Diameter of fibers, the fiber lay pattern and bulk density are controlled to form mattresses of predetermined density and thickness. Slag Wool Granules :


Formed of insulation wool nodules of sizes  between 1mm to 5mm. Granular is extremely useful in fillings gaps, since rigid insulation cannot be used in joints where expansion and contraction are possible. May also be used in spraying. Advantages lie in even density in the filled area and easy application. May be used in both hot and cold temperature conditions.

Pipe section Insulation is a value added product, manufactured with chemically coated mineral fibers in specified sizes. These uniformly machine rolled pre fabricated mineral fiber sectional pipes possess controlled thickness and uniform density and provide excellent thermal insulation, fire production and sound absorption charecterstics.

Thermal Insulation Slag Wool :



Thermal Insulation slag wool is an ideal material for most insulation application characteristics . It is durable, odourless, easy to handle and store. The material possesses low thermal conductivity on account of enormous minute air cells created by the fine fibre and can be used in a wide range of temperatures of 200 to 750  Centigrade.
